Most items usually ship within 24-48 hours. If an item is on back-order you will be notified right away and given the opportunity to cancel your order. All items are warranted by the manufacturer. If an item is found to be defective when received, simply call or email for a return authorization. A new item will be shipped as soon as the defective item is returned. All sales are final. No returns or Exchanges without prior Authorization will be accepted. |
